By accessing or using Escortmodel Bangkok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Platform Nature and Purpose

The platform operates as a peer-to-peer directory that connects individuals seeking social and lifestyle companionship services with independent providers who offer those services. The platform operates as a neutral listing space  –  not as an agency, employer, booker, or intermediary.

Services listed are limited to lawful social and lifestyle activities, including companionship for social outings, travel companionship, relaxation massage, entertainment hosting, and similar experiences. The platform does not facilitate, broker, or permit the sale or exchange of sexual services of any kind. Listings or communications that request or offer sexual services will be removed immediately and the relevant account terminated.

The platform does not employ or control any service provider listed. All agreements for services are made directly between users.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Escortmodel Bangkok. (Users accessing the platform from within Thailand are subject to the Thai legal age of majority of 20 years under Thai Civil and Commercial Code.) By using Escortmodel Bangkok, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Capacity

You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not prohibited from doing so under any applicable law.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The platform is not available to users located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive international sanctions, including but not limited to: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions. Use of VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Identity Verification

3.1 Registration

To post a listing or access full platform features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

3.2 Green Tick Verification

The platform offers an optional identity verification process. Verified accounts receive a Green Tick badge visible to other users. Verification is voluntary but recommended for providers seeking to build trust and for users seeking verified listings. Verification does not constitute endorsement of any service offered.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each user may hold only one active account. Creating duplicate accounts, including to evade a suspension or ban, is a breach of these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the platform to:

• Browse, post, and respond to listings for lawful social and lifestyle services;
• Communicate with other users through the platform’s messaging tools;
• Manage your profile, listings, and account settings.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Post, request, offer, or facilitate any sexual service or any activity that is illegal under applicable law;
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or the nature of any service you offer;
• Impersonate another person or entity, or imply any affiliation you do not have;
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or deceptive content;
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse any other user;
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users without their express consent;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the platform without prior written consent;
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage any system;
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform content without written authorisation;
• Facilitate or process payments between users through the platform;
• Attempt to circumvent any technical restriction, access control, or geographic block;
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

4.3 Content Standards

All listings and profile content must be accurate, lawful, and consistent with these Terms. You retain responsibility for all content you post. By posting content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

5. No Financial Transactions Through the Platform

The platform does not process, hold, transfer, or facilitate payment between users. All financial arrangements are made exclusively and directly between the user and the service provider, entirely outside the platform. The platform assumes no responsibility for any payment dispute, non-payment, or financial loss arising from arrangements made between users.

6. Impersonation and Reporting

6.1 Impersonation Policy

Impersonating another individual  –  whether a public figure, another user, or a fictional identity presented as real  –  is strictly prohibited. This includes using another person’s photographs, identity, or contact details without their consent.

6.2 Reporting Process

If you believe your identity or likeness is being used without your consent, follow these steps:

• Gather evidence. Take screenshots of the listing or profile, noting the URL and date.
• Submit a report via LINE or Telegram with subject line “Impersonation Report”, including the evidence and your identity documentation.
• Review. We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days and investigate.
• Outcome. If impersonation is confirmed, the content will be removed and the responsible account suspended or terminated.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform IP

All platform software, design, branding, trade marks, and original content are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our IP beyond the limited licence to use the platform as described herein.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant the licence described in Section 4.3. You represent that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

7.3 Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, contact us with a description of the original work, the allegedly infringing content, and your contact information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Provided “As Is”

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty  –  express, implied, or statutory  –  that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform, its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; any harm arising from reliance on listings; or any act or omission of any user or third party.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (ii) USD 100.

8.3 User Responsibility

You accept that interactions with other users  –  including meetings arranged through the platform  –  carry inherent personal risk. You are solely responsible for your own safety.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the platform; (c) content you post; or (d) your violation of any third party’s rights.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. On closure, your listings and public profile will be removed.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account  –  with or without notice  –  if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we reasonably believe your account poses a legal, safety, or reputational risk; (c) your account has been inactive for an extended period; or (d) we are required to do so by applicable law.

9.3 Effect of Termination

On termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections 4.3, 7, 8, 9.3, 10, and 13 survive termination.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at escortmodelbangkok.com/en/privacy. The platform uses cookies and similar technologies for platform functionality, security, and analytics. We reserve the right to monitor platform activity for the purposes of enforcing these Terms, preventing illegal activity, and maintaining platform integrity.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via the platform or by email to registered users at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

13.2 Controlling Language

These Terms are written in English. English is the controlling language for interpretation and enforcement. Any translation provided is for convenience only and has no legal effect.

13.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact us first and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. Definitions

Account  –  a registered user profile that allows access to full platform features.

Content  –  any text, images, video, audio, or other material posted by a user.

Entertainer  –  an individual who offers companionship for entertainment purposes. This term describes a social role only and does not imply any sexual or escort service.

Green Tick  –  the verified identity badge awarded to accounts that have completed identity verification.

Hired to Travel  –  a service in which a provider accompanies a user on travel as a paid travel companion. Social in nature; does not include sexual services.

Host Bar Companion  –  an individual who provides social companionship in a host bar or lounge setting. Social hospitality role only.

Listing  –  a public profile or advertisement posted by a provider describing their services.

Platform  –  the website, mobile site, and associated tools.

Provider  –  a user who posts a Listing and offers social or lifestyle companionship services.

Relaxation Massage  –  professional, non-sexual therapeutic or wellness massage services.

Rental Girlfriend (GFE)  –  a social companionship experience for social activities. Social service only; does not include sexual services.

Sideline  –  an individual with a primary occupation who offers part-time social companionship services on a supplementary income basis.

User  –  any person who accesses or uses the platform, whether registered or unregistered.
